New version of the SPAR Rewards App is coming!

We have a new app coming that is built from the ground up. The new SPAR Rewards app is easier to use, better laid out, will have new features and it will also remember your password, so no more getting logged out.

The new app will upgrade your current app, but you do need to log in, so knowing your password is required. If you do not know your password, this guide will help you reset it and get you ready for when the app is made available.

Password Reset

Follow the steps outlined in this guide. If you do not have the app installed, visit www.spar.co.zw/rewards or https://bit.ly/m/Rewards-SPAR-ZW to install the app for your device.

Open the SPAR Rewards app and go the Account page.
If you are not logged in, you will have the option to tap the Forgot Password link. 
If you are logged in, but still wish to change your password, log out and then the Forgot Password link will be available.

Entering Your Email Address

You will be taken to the SPAR website where you will be required to enter in the email address for the account that you wish to update. 
Enter in this email address and tap Submit.

Email Confirmation

You will receive this confirmation that the email has been sent.

Receiving the E-mail

You will receive an email to this email address from SPAR with a reset password button. 
Open the email and tap the green Reset Password button.

Entering New Password

From the email, you will be taken back to the SPAR website. You will need to enter the email address of the account you are resetting the password for, and the new password of your choice.
Tap the Submit button.
The password just needs to be at least 6 characters in length.

Password Updated

After tapping Submit, you will receive a confirmation that the password has been updated.
Proceed back to the SPAR Rewards app and Login with your email address and new password.
