  • 4 tablespoon(s) gelatine powder
  • 600 ml hot water
  • 400 ml MAZOE Blackberry cordial
  • 400 grams DENDAIRY full cream mixed berry fruit yoghurt
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 3 teaspoon(s) gelatine powder


  1. Jelly:  USE THE FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS:  heat the water until hot, not boiling, add the gelatine & stir until completely dissolved.  Add the flavoured syrup (mazoe cordial) and stir well
  2. Pour mixture into dessert glasses and chill in the fridge overnight to set
  3. Topping: USE THE LAST 3 INGREDIENTS:  Once the jelly has set, heat the cream gently, add the gelatine & stir well until completely dissolved
  4. Allow to cool slightly then place the yoghurt into a bowl & slowly add the cream mixture, stirring continuously
  5. Pour a creamy yoghurt layer over the top of each jelly & chill for a further 2 hours before serving
  6. Garnish the top with fruits in season
