  1. To qualify for the promotion, purchase products worth $5 and above with two participating products, write your name, number, contact details, national ID and the payoff line: SPAR There For You
  2. Entries with no payoff line will be disqualified
  3. Entries through Newsday will be accompanied by a SPAR Till slip with one participating product
  4. Entries to the competition will be drawn from the entry box provided in-store
  5. Promotion runs from 30 September- 6 November
  6. The prizes cannot be sold or transferred to any person other than the winner.
  7. The prizes are non-transferable for cash.
  8. The winner will accept the prize as is, at their own risk. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, SPAR reserves the right to substitute the prize with something else of the same value.
  9. Winners will be required to provide their original National Identity card.
  10. Promotion is open to people from the ages of 18 years and above
  11. All SPAR employees, any of its Associated Companies, their merchandisers, advertising, promotional and PR agencies and all their immediate families, are not allowed to enter this promotion.
  12. SPAR shall not be liable if they are unable to contact the winning person through email or cell phone number provided within 7 days of being drawn for any reason whatsoever. SPAR may in its sole discretion decree that the participant whose cell phone number or email address has been drawn but who is not contactable should forfeit the prize and SPAR shall then draw a till slip from the eligible entries.
  13. SPAR reserves the right to use the winner`s  personal information for communication or statistical purposes and transparency
